It was hoped that the creation of I remember: Scotland’s Covid memorial would bring people together and unite those grieving or affected by the pandemic. During the journey of Scotland’s Covid we have been overwhelmed by the support from people across the country.
There have been offers of help and generosity from individuals and organisations from across Scotland who have been part of this project. From bereaved relatives taking on challenges to some of Scotland’s leading entrepreneurs backing the campaign to create the memorial, to those who have been involved since its infancy. Almost £250,000 was raised and we want to thank everyone involved for helping to create Scotland’s Covid memorial.
